(Rec. April 2, 9 ,T>.m.) Amsterdam, April 1. The commander of th© raider Moewe, interviewed in Berlin, stated that he converted one of the captured vessels into an auxiliary oraiser, and. renamed'her Geyer. She sank a number of vessels, b.ut, had been stink herself owing to Jig* useless engines. He furnished further particulars of tho Otaki's resistance off Cape Agulhas. The fight lastetl twenty minutes. The Otaki was hit by twenty-fivo shells and both vessels caught alight. The Moewe developed a troublesomo leak, and the fire was so serious that most of the crew were burned, an undor,officer and six men to their injuries. Many of tlw Otaki's man were badly wounded before slio discontinued the fight.—Router. '. • t
