Mr. Beach Thomas (the British.Press correspondent)states: "The evacuated territory teems with marvels —numerous clock-work mines, set to blow up at different dates, colossal dug-outs and concreted forts underground. In the towns and hamlets the restoration work is pathetically clearing tip the mystery of many missing Britishers.
