HEAVY LOSSES INFLICTED SUCCESSES IN THE WEST ANOTHER VILLAGE FREED MARTIAL LAW IN SPAIN Good news comes from tho British front in the Egyptian theatre of the war to-day. A Turkish division of 20,000 was engaged and severely defeated,'suffering heavy losses in casualties and captures, tbo latter including the whole of tho enemy's divisional staff, besides four Austrian officers and thirty-two other Austro-Gormans.
