Tho National Mutual is now in its forty-eighth year', and few life offices can show such a fine Tecord. The funds in hand are over .£10,000,000. and the amount now available for distribution is over .£750,000. This gives bonuses slightly larger than at tho last investigation, notwithstanding tho heavy war claims nnd tho large amount added to tho reserve.
