EXPEDITIONARY FORCE The following promotions, appointments, and transfers of officers on active servico with tho New Zealand Expeditionary Force have been approved: COMMANDS AND STAFF. Major (temporary lieutenant-colonel) N. C. Hamilton, D.5.0., is struck off the strength of the N.Z. .Expeditionary Force (dated January 1, 1917). Capt. H. N. W. Richardson is granted the temporary rank of major (dated December 13, 1916). N.Z. FIELD ARTILLERY. / 2nd Lieut, (temporary lieutenant) C. H.
