Harkness, W. T. Hildreth, J. G. Cobbe, J. W. M'Ewan, A. M'Farlane, !R. E. Sinclair, R. Fletcher, M.P.,'and 'A. H. Hindmarsli. M.P. The chairman reported that the Wellington City Council had approved of tbo board's selection of''Fryatt Quay" nrid; "Cornwall Street" as the names of tm streets on the AVatorlod Quay reclamation Tho triennial examination of" tlio board's superannuation'fund 'was , boing carried oiit by tlio actuary of tho New Zcalari3'Government Insurance Fund. ' ' ' N • The AVharvoa and Accounts-Commit-tee recommended tho board to approve the draft agreement (as submitted and' recommended by,tho board's solicitors) hotween the Wellington City Council; the Wellington Patent: Slip' Company, ■■limited, tho Union Steam- Ship Company of New Zealand, Limited, and the board, regarding tlio second patent slip, and to resolve that the seal of the board should'bo affixed to the.engrossment thereof. • Tho report was adopted. After dealing with several other matters tho hoard rose.
