Four sections V 'fli-"»rndoii Ouay, Nos. 235, 240, 242. and 244. with a total frontage of. 99 feet and a. depth of 100 feet, and containing threo sixroomed and n'le s-ven roomed dwellings, v/pre sold !n Mr. .T. P. Biiflio at £50 a foot, realising *4f)l;0. A section 'a*- Wado. Street. Wadestnwn. part of Mrs. Hay's estate, was sold to Mr. C. Trunneli at £10 a foot, -realising £350. Three other sections in Mrs. Hay's estate and a property in Webb Street were passed in, the reserve not boing reached. ■.; .
