Berne, March 26. Enver Pasha has gone to the West front. Old Turk circles in Geneva, declare tEat Germany's refusal to send back the Turkish troops caused bitterness at Constantinople, and Enver Pasha's mission to Berlin was due to tho failure of the earlier mission.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
