Hodge), in an address at the. meeting of the Associated Chambers of Commerce,, said that wo must havo scientific organisation of industry after the war, and scrap obsolete'methods. Employers and workers were equal sinmust start afresh and with greater co-operation. Ho was forming a great central committee to organiso the'demobilisation.
