MUNICIPAL SCHOOL LIBRARIES • »_ OF HIGH EDUCATIVE VALUE. _ The Libraries Committee of the Wellington City Council has received the following Utter of appreciation in connection with the municipal school library system:— "I am instructed to convoy to your council the thanks and appreciation of the Kilbirnio School Committee, for the line range of books placed at the school's disposal for its library: great credit is duo to the Chief Librarian for his care in selection. Tho'schcme itself is deserving of the highest eulogies, and must prove of high educative value to tho schools who are privileged to participate.—Yours faithfully, (Sgd.) Edwin E. Stoupo, Hon. Secretary Kilbirnio School Committee." A largo' stock'of grocery stores, etc that were shipped on tho Aurora for the relief of the.Shacklolon party will bo sold by auction by Messrs. G'.
