PROCEEDINGS IN CAMERA. London, March 21. Mr. W. H. Long (Colonial Secretary) and Mr. Austen Chamberlain (Secretary for India) welcomed the Imperial Conference delegates at the Colonial Office. A report of the proceedings has not been published. It is understood the Conference has decided, owing to the most immodiato subjects being associated I 'with the mili-' tary operations, that it would be inadvisable to disolose the proceedings.— Aus.-N.Z.
