This year's annual report contains the fallowing':—'-'ln.' presenting tho .fortyseventh annual report 'and balancosheet your committee desires to congratulate the club on tho patriotic spirit displayed by members in connection with tho present great strugglo for right and freedom. Altogether there have been tivo hundred and olevon enlistments from, the club, as follows.— i Ar:t,ivo members, 99; honorary members, 1*28; past members, 83; retired memi her. 1. It was with the deepest regret that tho committeo in its last annuel report had' to record, tho fact* that. I such a larga nmobor of members, past ' and 'present, *ho had joined His Majesty's t.\vr.G9 had been lulled in action, or died of wounds received in jaction. Unfortunately irof losses during the past twelve months have been almost as heavy, and since wo last in*t thirteen of our comrades have the supremo sacrifice. Tho referred to are 3'essrs. A. .V, T. These gentlemen were all oxcollent members who had performed .yeoman service to the club, and we shall nove.r he able to replace them! They immediately answered tho call of tho Empire, and we extend onr deepest sympathy to their relatives, with whom we mourn their loss.

Wilson havo heen in hospital on account of siokness.
