DEER-STALKING SEASON

The red deer stalking season for 1917 will open on April 2, and closo on May 31. The licenso fee for the Wairarapa South arid Featherston Reserves is £2, and tho holder is entitled to take four stags and six hinds. Licenses can be obtained at post offices at Wellington, Masterton, Carterton, Greytown, Martinborough, and Featherston.
