Dillon (Nationalist), alluding to Mr. Bonar Law's reference to lis possibility ofj a. general election, said that Iho Nationalists would not injure tba prosecution of the war, but would welcome the extension of thp life of Parliament. If Mr. Bonar taw raised, an. anti-Irish feejing in England he would find that the Irish also wera able to fight. Many things would happen wHSch Mr. Bonar Law and his friends would not like. Mr. Dillon then asked: "Whst l was Kahlmann, the Kaiser's master spy. doing in Ulster before the war? What about Kallmann's dispatch to Berlin, from Ulster, on receipt of wliioh the Kaiser determined on war?" • An antiIrish election would cause a. disturbance throughout the Empire and America.
