BY GERMAN DESTROYERS A FEW SHELLS BUT NO DAMAGE The High Commissioner reports:— London, March 18, 12.40 a.m. An official report states: "Destroyers approached the Kentish coast early this morning, and fired a number of shells en coast towns. There were no casualties; material damage was slight."-
