FRENCH CABINET RESIGNS
TROUBLE OVER THE WAR MINISTRY London, March 18. The French Cabinet has resigned. The "Petit Parisien" says that General Lyautey's resignation precipitated the crisis. M. Painleve and M. Moulens both refused tho office of War Minister, whereupon M. Briand resigned rather than reconstruct the Cabinet.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
