BLACKBALL BOATS. Mr. Turner, local agent for the Blackball Coal Company, advises that the Ngahere will leave here on Tuesday next for Greymouth. The Ngakuta leaves hero to-night or on Monday for Ti-ma-ru. Tho Ngatoro should have left .Groyinouth yesterday for Wellington and Napier. She is due here ths morning, and is ouly malting a -s-tay of an hour or bo to discharge some special cargo. THE INVERCARGILL. The coastal steamer Invercargill went from Port Chalmcru Lo Duncdin on Wednesday to have her old funnel, removed and a new one fitted. She will also load a quantity of general cargo for Wellington, and will loave for here in the course of a few days. On arrival at Wellington the Jimreiirgill will be taken over by her new owtcrs, Messrs. Johnston and Co., who will envnluy her in the Welliuglou-Wanga-nui trade. "

The Kennedy is due here to-day from Westhaven, and wll leave for Picton on Monday. She should get back the same day, and is timed to leave for Nelson and tho West Coast on Tuesday. The Kauio is to leave Grcymouth at noon to-day for Wcstport. The Kaituna is oipccted to leave here about Tuesday nest week for Westport. The Mapouriku, left Greymouth at 1.30 a.m. yesterday, and should get here this evening or early to-morrow morning. Tho Rosamond left. Bluff on Thursday for Tima.ru and. Wellington. She should gel hero to-morrow, and will return to Bluff on Tuesday. ... The schooner Houto is being delayed at Onehunga owing to a difficulty in securine sufficient seamen to complete her crew. The vessel completed loading a full cargo of scrap iron on March 7 for Duncdiii. The Houto is expected to arrive at Dunedin about tho end of next week. On completion of discharge the veEMI will undergo her' annual ■survey land overhaul'at Port Chalmers. When this work has. been completed she will probably load produce at Dunedin for Kalpara.
