(Rec. March 16, 5.5 p.m.) Amsterdam* March 15. A' messago from Berlin states tlint the Kaiser has ordered an inquiry regarding cases of Belgians who have been incorrectly'deported. Those will ho repatriated. The deportations have heen temporarily stopped.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assii.
