DESTROYERS ATTACKED BY SEAPLANES
A GERMAN STORY. London, March 14. A German official message states: German seaplanes on March 12 bombed two Russian destroyers which approached Constanza and forced them to return. Two hits were clearly observed on ono destroyer, the vessel being struck fore and aft. —Aus.-N.Z. Cablo Assn.-Reuter.
