By Telegraph—Press Assuciat.tou, Nelson, March LI. At the Supremo Court to-day,- Harold George Holland, a hop grower, was fotind guilty of' supplying m inslnim'ent to Alice. Alma Green for an unlawful purpose, and unlawfully procuring an instrument, for such purpose. On a third count of procuring a person unknown to use the instrument, the jury wits unable to agroe.-_ Accused was sentenced to three years' imprisonment. •'Alice Alma Green was acquitted on charges of unlawfully procuring tho instrument, and permitting at Wellington tho use of tho instrument. When Holland was called as a Crown •witness lie declined- to answer any questions or explain the reason lor his attitude, remaining obstinate in spite of repeated warnings. Tho .ludpo sentenced him to eighteen months' imprisonment, 1 | cumulative on tho previous sentence.
