HANDED OVER TO THE MUNICIPALITIES Fetrograci, March 13. Yielding to popular demonstrations, the Government has decided to hand over the food question to Ihe municipalities, which arc endowed with extraordinary powers. They are organising tlio distribution of bread and are introducing tho card system. The Minister for Agriculture admits that blunders have neon made. WOMEN LEAD A REVOLT IN SERBIA Amsterdam, March 13. The Dutch newspaper "Nederlander" states that, owing to tho scarcity of food, women led a. serious revolt in Serbia. It was suppressed with Woodshed. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. HUNGER RIOTsIN GERMANY WINDOW-SMASHERS IN BREMEN. Amsterdam, March 13. The Dutch newspaper "Telegranf" reports a hunger riot in P-romen.
