REST HUT
FOR SICK SOLDIERS' RELATIVES. Among the buildings whjch arc to be erected in or near the hospital grounds at Featherston Gamp will bo a rest and accommodation hut for relatives of siok 'soldiers who havo como from a distance, and havo no friends in the neighbourhood with whom they could stay for the night. Tho P.M.0., Major Robertson, has had the idea, for making provision for such cases in mind for somo timo past. Only in cose of dangerous illness of soldiers will tho rest hut be used, and it will ho built qlose to tho hospital buildings, ro as to he under tho direct supervision of tho matron. On more than ono occasion emergency accommodation has had ta be provided.for mothers of soldiers, and the now hut will be a boon at such times. .
