Tho "Morning Post's" Peking correspondent states that the Chinese Premier, after tendering his resignaretired to the Italian concession . at Tienstin, and refused to receive in- : terviewers. Tho President is endeavouring to persuade ,him to return, offering to ratify tho rupture with Germany and assent to Cabinet's further decisions. It is uncertain whether tho Premier will accept.
