CRICKET ASSOCIATION

MEETING OP COMMITTEE.

Mr. C. G. Wilson presided over last evening's meeting of tho Wellington Cricket Association's Committee. Members present were:—Messrs. D. M'Kenzie, J. Howitt, V. B. Willis, F. A. Mkilane, G. F. Gibb, E. H. Ward, and M.J. Cronibie. •

The Artillery at Fcatherston Camp notified that thoy could send a team to Wellington to play on the next four Saturdays.

Tho. Wellington Public Schools' Association was granted tho representative wickot on the Basin Reserve for tho match against Wairarapa on Saturday, March 10. Tho Umpires' Association was asked to provide the umpires. An account for £91 ss. for tiso of tho Basin Reserve was passed for payment.

Following are tho senior fixtures for March 10 and 17:—Ea'st v. Old Boys, No. 1, Basin Reserve; North v. Petoiie, No. 2, Basin R.eserve; Hutt v. Institute, Hutt; University v. Fcatherston. Artillery, No. 3, Basin Reserve. Following aro the drawings for tho next round in tho junior and third grade competitions :— Junior.—Marist v. North, Basin Reservo; Base Records v. Old Boys, KelImrn Ground; Hutt v. College, College Ground.

Third Grade.—St. Patrick's College v. College A.. College Ground; Scots College v. College 8., College Ground; Institute, a bye. The junior matches will last tiro days, and tho third, grado one day.
