A slight fall in prices of Home-grown during this week still leaves the values very high. Buyers anticipate higher rates for all uncontrolled meat, and brisk competition takes place to secure some of the U.S.A. frozen beef and pigs that are being shipped to this country, the former realising B£d. c.i.f.
