In order to avoid such proceedings wo have agreed to apologise for such actions, and to allow such apology to be published and exhibited in New Zealand as tho 'WALTHAM WATCH COMPANY shall direct. We hereby apologise for such actions of ours as aforesaid, and ive undertake not to make any misrepresentations regarding WALTHAM WATCHES at any time hereafter, or to sell the same at a price other than their current retail price in New Zealand.
