SALVAGING THE ARAHURA
VESSEL REFLOATED
TEMPORARY REPAIRS TO BE EFFECTED
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Cisborne, March 6. The Arahura was refloated about 1 a.m. Overhaul of her engines is proceeding.
Captain M'Donald, the Union Steam Ship Company's Marino Superintendent, states that temporary repairs are being effected with a view to making the Arahura seaworthy before leaving to be docked. She will proceed under her own steam. The vessel is not making any water.
