FULL TEXT FOR PARTY LEADERS i Londonj March 2. Speaking ill the House of Commons, in reference to the announcement that the full test of tho Dardanelles report would only be supplied to party leaders, Mr. It. They did not affect tho substance of the report and were not made in anybody's interests. Mr. Dalziijl asked'vif tbo leaders would bo allowed to communicate the matters to their colleagues. Mr. 'Conar Law said that the completo reports would be confidential.
The "Manchester Guardian" protests against tho publication of the censored Dardanelles reports, and said it would perhaps be better to withhold them till after tho war. It asks if tho Government has power to withhold the full report from members of the House of Commons, and suggests that the consent of the Commissioners should be secured before the wording of the report is altered; otherwise it will not be $&> Commissioners' report.—Aus.-N.Z.
