An auiliation order was made against Herbert Julian Hull, who admitted paternity of an illegitimate chiid. Mr. A, W. Blair defended.

After heaiing evidence, His Worship held, in respect of the first charge, that there was insufUoicnt preof, and that plaintifir must bo nonsuited. Ho gave a similar decision upon tho eecond charge, and upheld counsel's contention that the terms of tho award had been complied with.

A. Andrews,' of Cleveland Street, Brooklyn, was proceeded against by tho Inspector of Awards for a breach of the Wellington Dairymen's Employees' award. Hie offence consisted of allowing a boy, who was not engaged by his employer, to assist him on tie lound as a milkman. A fine of 10s. was inflicted.
