MIRAMAR AFFAIRS
The fortnightly meeting of the Miramar Borough Council was hold last evening, the Mayor (Mr. P. Townsend) presiding, and there woro also present Councillors Underwood, Hawthorne, and Green. The matter of the bus service.between. Karaka Bay and Seatoun was brought up by the Mayor, and after considerable discussion as to the advisability of buying a motor conveyance, it was decided that the committee meet at the Mayor's office to-day to further discuss tho matter and make arrangements for either leasing a car for the time or buying one for the service.
