BETTER WEATHER

Though a fairly high westerly wind raised a stiff chop in the harhour, the weather altogether yesterday was an improvement on that of the 'previous day. Towards evening the wind died down, there camo a lull, and new ragged regiment's of hlue grey clouds advanced from tho south, and the air became fresh and cool. Southerly breezes witli fair to cloudy weather are predicted in the official 'forecast.
