Tenders are called for by, the Mangamahu llotor Company, Ltd., for its plant, land and buildings, and goodwill. Conditions of tenders (which must be lodged with the secretary by March 8, may be seen at the office of this paper or at registered office of the company, 52 Victoria Avenue, Wanganui. Mr. G. W. Jennor, late of Christchurch, has taken over the Zealandia Private Hotel, 'Clyde Quay. Messrs. Scoullar, Ltd., are completely refurnishing the house, arid it will be reopened on February .28.
