DARDANELLES REPORT.

The "Daily Telegraph" Btates that the Dardanelles Inquiry Commission's report will be published on Thursday (yesterday). The report considers that the attempt on the Peninsular was not fully justified. The report is not unfavourable to the late Lord Kitchener, but the responsibility is ''not 'confined to Mr. Churchill.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. • . ■. (Rec.
