DEFENDED. DIVOKCE CASE. In the Supremo Court yesterday, bsfore Mr. Justice Chapman and a common jury of twelve, Harry ..Tames Suarxo, driver, of Wellington, petitioned for the dissolution of his marriage with Minnie Sparjjo, on the Erounif of 'improper conduct with one Thomas Walker, of AVelliiißton, labourer. Mr. H. F. O'Leary appeared for. the petitioner, and Mr. Kennedy represented respondent. Tho jury, after an absence of twenty minutes, returned answers in the affirmative to the two issues submitted, namely: (1) Has the respondent committed adultery with the co-respondent? (2) Has tlio co-rospondent committed adultery with the respondent? On the application of Mr. O'Leary a decree nisi was granted to bo made absolute in three months.
