RAILWAY SERVICES CURTAILED. Delhi, February 17. War economies include the curtailment of tho railway services to tbo ex■tenfc of 700,000 train miles monthly. The directors of woollen mills havo returned to the Government £23,000, the estimated extra war profits, and aro investing a reserve of £200,000. in tho British and Indian War Loans. A new' Department has been, organised for the purpose of mobilising the industrial and natural resources, and promises important results, including a large output in munitions production. —Reutcr.
