COUNT ZEPPELIN ADMITS THEIR FAILURE. London, February 18. The "Central News" correspondent at Geneva reports that a'lady who dined with Coiuit Zeppelin says that the Count admitted that Zeppelins 'wore no longer useful, because the British' had discovered effective means of combating them.—Aus.-N.Z.
