OFFER TO BESIGN-ON CONDITIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Craymouth, February 15, Mr. AVebb, M.P., in a Bpeech reply* ing to criticism concerning him,' offered, if his critics could \bring a requisition, from one thousand eleotors _ that he would resign and contest again the seat _ on his present platform. _ Sir. Webb claimed that he had no invitation to attend send-offs to soldiers. _In answer to the Patriotic Association, he quoted his work in Parliament for sol-: diers' dependants' increased pensions.
