BEAUTY WITHOUT ROUGE, CREAM, OR POWDER.

A PARISIAN COMPLEXION SECRET. Contrary to the usual helief, the most beautiful French ladies rarely use rouge, or creams or non-dors containing bismuth or caustic alkali, claiming, and with very good reason, that such preparations not only give a mnde-np appearance, out ultimately ruin the complexion. When 1 asked what they use to preserve unrt enhance their beautv, they invariably give the credit to the regular use or an inexpensive lotion (obtainable of any good chemist) prepared by mixing tost. Hose Water with 2oz. Flowers of Oxzoin and 1 dram Tincture of Benzoin. Applv every night and morning with a soft cloth or sponge. It quickly tones up the dullest skin and gives a fresh rosebloom complexion, such as is usually seen only in youth. Although nothing has yet been found whirli comnletelv removes deep wrinkles, this makes them far less apparent, and a ladv using it regularly is certain .never to have a badly-wrinkled face.—-Advt.
