GALATZ OUT OF DANGER Petrograd, February fl. The Nord ct Sud agency states that the recent Russian successes, resulting in tho enemy's withdrawal from Braila and Focsani, havo placed Galatz out of danger. One of Germany's latest ruses is to leave candles iu abandoned trenches which explode when half-burnt. Many unsuspecting Russians havo suffered through this.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable'Assn.
