ANTI SHOUTING CHARGES

By Telegraph—Press Association. Foildlng, February 9. A number of cases of alleged breaches of tho anti-shouting regulations were heard to-day before Mr'. ICenrick. S.M. Tho first case heard was against Arthur Room, licensee of the Manchester Hotel. Tho Magistrate, dismissed the information on tho ground that tho persons shouting and consuming had not had their names revealed by the police. Two strange constables who had visited tiie hotels made observations without calling for the, names of the drinkers. Tho police withdrew thirteen other charges on account of the ruling. In another oaso two men and a barman were fined £5 each.
