PROMOTION OF OFFICERS. The following promotions of officers of the New Zealand Medical Corps are gazetted :— Surgeon-General Sidney Skerman, V.D., Reserve of Officers, relinquishes the appointment of a camp mcdical officer. Dated February 19, 1916. Surgeon-General Skerman is appointed a member of a Spccial District Medical Board, with pay and allowances of lieutenant-colonel. Dated January 16, 191 ?- I ' Lieutenant-Colonel (temp.) Walter Fox, M.8., M.S., relinquishes the appointment of a member of the Special District Metrical Board. Dated Janu-. ?ry % 1917. Lieutenant-Colonel Fox is granted the rank of lieutenant-col-onel whilst acting as medical superintendent of tho Christchurch Hospital. Dated January 25, 1917. Major (tomp. Lieutenant-Colonel) .James S. Elliott, M.D., Edin., resumes the duties of Assistant Director of Medical Services, Wellington Military District. Dated January 18, 1917. Captain (temp. Lieutenant-Colonel) William K. F.vffo relinquishes the appointment of Assistant Director of. Medical Services, Wellington Military District. Dated January 16, 1917.
