There was a large attendance at Miss Una Carter's gas cooking demonstration on Wednesday afternoon in the Gas Company's room in Courtcnay Placo. Tho attendance has been steadily improving during tho past month. Much intorest is taken in these demonstrations by ladies who attend. Ine programme included tripo pie, French beans, boiled fish and anchovy sauce, flaky pastry, nectarine sponge, prince salad, salmon salad and salad dressing.
