Purpose of Road Construction, including Formation, Metalling, Blinding, and C'ulverting of Roads, and Footpaths. IN the matter of "Tho Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913," and its Amondmeiits and Regulations thereunder, and nny and every other Act enabling it in that behalf the Hutt County Council hereby gives public notice that it proposes to raise a loan of ,£IOOO pursuant to the provisions of tho aforesaid Acts for tho purposo of road construction, including Formation, Metalling, Blinding, and Culverting of Roads and Footpaths in Plinijnerton and Plimmerton Extension, and to provide for the repayment of the said Loan the Council proposes to set apart each year the sum of £61 13s. 10d., to be secured by an annually recurring Special Rato of five-sixths of a penny in the £, made and levied for a period of 36, V years on the capital valuo of all ruteablo property, situate in the No. 12 Special Dating Area, as herein described:— Commencing at tho sea bench at tho north-westorn. corner of the Motuliara 'Block in Block 5, Paokakariki Survey Distriot, thence generally north-easterly along tho north-western boundary, and easterly along tho northern boundary of t'lio said 'Motuliara Block to its liorthoastornmost cornel , , and the point of intersection with the Pukerim Track, thence generally southorly along the said Pukorua Track to its point of intersection with the north-eastern boundary of tho late plimmorton Rond District, theneo generally south-easterly along tho said north-eastern boundary .and southerly along the eastern boundary, and easterly along : tho north-eastern boundary .to the shores of the Porirua Harbour, . thence generally southerly, westerly, and northerly along the shores of the Slid Porirua Harbour, and thn 6ea coast to the point of commencement.
