All tho members, except onb, hayo signed tho .Dardanelles Inquiry Commission's interim report. Lord Fisher and Sir T. Mackenzie signed it, and also presented a separate minute. — Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assu. , ' (Roc. February 8, 0.45 a.m.) London, February 7. The "Daily Chronicle" states that the Dardanelles Commission's interim report is being printed. The late Earl Oromer (chairman) signed it in tho sick room a few days before his death.
