Ho enlisted and put in five strenuous months on Gallipoli as a stretcher-bearer, subsequently seeing service in France, and eventually being appointed hy the Admiralty to the Laurentic. Captain-Chaplain J. D. Smith has* reported for duty at Featherstou Camp and will proceed abroad attached to the Twenty-first Mounted Rifles. A well-known New Zealand settler.
