_ 3 Sappor Moore Jones's collection of sketches'of Anzac, which wore exhibited at Buckingham Palace by Eoyal Command, are still on view at the gallery located in Caledonian Chambers, 33 Willis Street, over Hart Brothers, for two moro days only. Increasing interest is displayed as theeihibit her comes more known, which is apparent by tho increasing attendances daily. The descriptive lectures tako place at 11.30 a.m., 1.30, 4, and 8 p.m., and are greatly appreciated by the audiences. LAND AUCTION AT WAIMATE. Messrs. Guinness and Lo Cron, ltd., offered at their Waimato land sale rooms on Saturday, on behalf of the executors of the late Carlisle Studholme, the Pentland Hills Esfato of 2-170 acres (freehold) and C 53 acres (leasehold), Mβ Kaiwarna-Estate of 7932 acres (freehold) and 15,372 acres (leasehold), also Wainono residential farm of 269 acres. The advertising will commence immediately offering the properties as above for sale by public auction at Waimate on Saturday, February 10. The auctioneers state that there has been considerable interest manifested in the district, where tho high quality of the land is well-known. As previously submitted the purchase wns too largo for most speculators. By offering in the manner indicated it is hoped to meet the requirements of those who are interested in the property.
