MR. -MASSEY ON THE FUTURE OF THE EMPIRE. (Rcc. January 30, 11.15 p.m.)' London, January JO. Mr. Massey (Primo Minister of New Zealand), speaking at Batloy, said that from the beginning of tho war he had been confident that tho Empire would come through the crisis stronger, better, and brighter. He hoped that after tho war an offorb would be mado to keep Britishers within tho Empire.
