Messrs. Hoadloy, Son, and Stewart, Napier, will submit for sale by auction the "Aploy" Estate of 3-U8 acres, which is situated fifteen miles from Napier, on January 30. The six subdivisions vary in area from 350 to 960 acres. Particulars are advertised. On Tuesday next Messrs. Dalgety and Co. will hold a stock sale at Levin.- Entries of stock received are advertised. Mr. E. Park, agent, Wangauui, advertises particulars of n dairy farm which is for salf. The "Longlnnds" Estate, of 700 acres, five miles from Hastings, will be sold by auction by Messrs. Hoadley, Son, and Stewart, Ltd., on Jauuary 31. The estate has been subdivided into nine farms, varying in area from six to 313 acres. The "Mangaroa" Estate, of 760 acres, which is subdivided into 13 farms, will be sold by auction by Messrs.
