.Sir,—The people of this Dominion will soon have, through their representatives the Prime Minister and Sir J. Ward, an opportunity of expressing to the Imperial authorities their views on the atrocities committed by the Germans. If our public men would take this matter up at once, public meetings could bo arranged for the purpose of asking our representatives on the Imperial Council to insist that one of the terms of peace should be that tho Kaiser, his War Lords, and responsible advisers should be personally punisliod for having sanctioned and instigated deliberately planned atrocities in. lielgium, France, and elsewhere, llesolutions might also \je passed with reference to the retention of the conquered German colonies by the British Empire, the making good of all ships submarined or mined by the Germans, and oil any other vital matters.
