REPORTS FROM DUTCH SOURCES TEN VESSELS SUNK SHARP ALL NIGHT BATTLE IN MOLDAVIA . FIGHTING IN DOBRUDJA . RUSSIAN REVERSE NEAR RIGA i Further reports of the naval engagement in the North Sea state ■ that it resulted disastrously for the Germans. According to ono report ten enemy destroyers wore sunk. Mr. Bonar Law has replied effectively to President Wilson's "peace without victory" speech. On the Riga front the Russians have suffered, a partial set-back, but in Rumania they have defeated the enemy both on the Danube and in Western Moldavia. Raiding and air fighting are reported oil many parts of the Western front. Mr. Massey has stated that, on behalf of New Zealand, he intends to' fight hard against the return of Samoa to Germany.
